Adults often don’t want to listen to what they feel in their bodies. Go ahead, help them realize when they have unpleasant emotions and help them regulate them.

Emotions are part of us and we are so used to them that we often ignore them.

To spot them, we can observe:

– which situations we run away from, like things we need to do.

– what we don’t like, what we hate.

– scenes from films or cartoons that make us uncomfortable.

– situations that make us angry or violent.

– things we don’t do because we are afraid of how others will react.

– situations in which we feel stuck.

– when we dwell on things or want to be right at all cost.
